- Partnering and PPC2000
Examines the partnering concept and key issues. The advantages and disadvantages that partnering offers the parties are addressed in a systematic and easy-to-follow approach, together with how the process should be implemented.
- Responsibility for Design
Provides an understanding of key design issues in construction and raises awareness and understanding of how issues such as design liability can arise and the risks involved.
- Standard Forms of Contracts
All Standard Forms of contracts including the latest developments in the JCT range of contracts, the ICE, the NECECC 3rd edition and the PPC2000 and TPC2005 contracts.
