5.2 When you make a request for a place at a seminar or workshop through the Site you will need to provide details about yourself and your company. We need to know your name, company details, position, phone number and email address. This allows us to process your request. We do not sell, transmit or pass on any of your details to any third party company. The only exception being the venue owner who will require the names of seminar attendees for insurance and fire safety purposes.

Any losses incurred or sustained by users who transmit information by means of e-mail or other Internet link will be borne solely and exclusively by such user and in no event will any such losses in whole or part be borne by us.

7 Contract Formation

7.1 The content of our Site includes listings of seminars, and other venues that may be of interest to visitors. Silver Shemmings LLP is not responsible for events held by third parties. While every effort is made to ensure that selected venues are suitable, Silver Shemmings LLP cannot be responsible for any changes that may occur at selected venues depending on the requirements of the venue owners.
