Our experience of the construction and engineering sectors enables us to advise employers, construction professionals and contractors involved on projects in the Energy Sector.

In addition to the non - contentious advice offered, we have a strong record in relation to dispute avoidance and resolution, whether this is in mediation, conciliation, arbitration or litigation. Our objective is to give guidance and advice which will enable clients to take a commercial approach to the resolution of any disputes.
