Legal Helpline

As our existing clients will know to their benefit, we have always been willing to offer over the phone initial advice at no cost. As of the 1st January 2010 this service has been further developed with the launch of a new legal helpline.

This helpline is available to all

The line is open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 4.30pm and gives you the opportunity to speak over the phone to experts who will give clear and practical advice based on their extensive experience.

Your call or email will be taken by an operator who will note your details. An expert will then call you back to talk through your concerns and give some initial advice.

We will aim to call you back within 1 hour but this may not always be possible. However, it is our policy to ensure that all calls are responded to within the same day.
