April – The sun is out, the trees are budding and the flowers are blooming – lunch outside anyone? Oh and Easter – CHOCOLATE!

Other news – NEC4 is coming (22nd June release date)! We will be running two Seminars on Wednesday 28th June – One Breakfast Seminar (7.45am – 9.30am) and one Evening Seminar (6pm – 7.30pm). We also welcome several new members of the Team this month:

Christopher Coveney (Associate) - Construction Team – an experienced Barrister and Solicitor specialising in Construction Contracts and Claims

In response to feedback we are planning the following for June:

Delay Analysis Techniques Workshop – Two Day Event – June 2017 (dates tbc)

£595 per person plus VAT

Day 1Henry Hathaway will give an overview of the principles of entitlement and establishment under the rules, analyse the Standard Contract provisions and what they mean, analyse the different methods of delay analysis and the rules of defending a claim for extra time.

Day 2 – Drill down into specific issues you are currently experiencing (you will be required to submit an outline prior to the event running)
