The nights are longer and the leaves are falling – Autumn is here.

We are delighted to announce more changes at Silver Shemmings, we have some new team members – welcome to Matthew Bosworth (Legal Executive / Lawyer) and Florence Sak luTou (Consultant Solicitor), who both join the rapidly expanding Property Team. Andrew Burr, Legal Counsel, is still travelling the world – October sees him involved in Portugal MAW2016 (www.mediationawarenessweek.org.uk) in Lisbon 8-10 October, representing UKMAW2016, for which he chairs the working group.

What The Contract Says & What Actually Happens – NEC 3

Date:       Wednesday 16th November 2016   9.30am – 5.00pm

Programme:

Henry Hathaway will deliver a practical guide to delegates giving them the confidence to approach and deal the NEC suite of Contracts, and the difficulties that all too often arise.

The Course covers the NEC Engineering & Construction Contract, explaining the different options available, along with the specifics of managing these contracts and how to avoid the pitfalls.

  • Understand the NEC approach to risk
  • The problems that arise when you are not proactive!
  • Real, practical, anecdotal examples
  • Focus on the recent revision of April 2013 Edition
