When purchasing a business, we can review and advise on the sale documentation and will liaise with your accountants to ensure due diligence is carried out. We will advise you on all of the documentation and will investigate title which will allow you to assess the risks of the transaction. Again, as it is likely that premises are to be included then we can act in respect of these as well.
