Silver Shemmings LLP is rare in that it is a contentious and non-contentious law firm seeking to serve, principally the construction and engineering industries.

The Practice was incorporated in January 2004 by Sarah Shemmings and Richard Silver both of whom have many years of experience in dealing with construction, commercial and environmental issues.

In January 2009 Silver Shemmings announced the opening of our Cardiff office which is headed by Robert Shawyer, Partner. Robert specialises in Construction Law, Commercial Law, Land Law and the niche area of Equine Law.In October 2009 Silver Shemmings announced the opening of our Epping office in Essex.

The office is headed by Richard Silver, Partner who is assisted by Matthew Dillon, Consultant.
